What FactsPanel does

FactsPanel is a Shopify app that lets merchants create and display Supplement Facts, Nutrition Facts, and Drug Facts panels on their product pages.

What we store

• Your store domain and the app session/access token issued by Shopify.
• Product and variant identifiers (GIDs) you attach panels to, and the panel content you enter (serving sizes, ingredients, nutrients, directions, etc.).
• Your subscription status (managed through Shopify Billing).

We do not collect, store, or process your customers’ personal data. Panel content is product information you author, not shopper data.

How we use it

Solely to operate the app: to render the panels you create on your storefront, manage your subscription, and respond to support requests. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data deletion (GDPR / CCPA)

We honor Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks. When you uninstall the app or Shopify sends a shop-redact request, we permanently delete the panel data associated with your store. Because we hold no customer personal data, customer-data and customer-redact requests return no personal information. You can also request deletion any time by emailing us.

Subprocessors

We host the app on Vercel and store data in a Neon (PostgreSQL) database. Both process data only to provide the service.
